Retract expulsion of commission member

I have known Tom Rasmussen for more than a year now, and I have found him to be businesslike, analytical, and no-nonsense. I truly believe that Tom is and has been a sound and vigorous steward of Lake City and its resources. His removal from the City Planning Commission shared none of these qualities. And the process used was shocking and disquieting, not only for Tom but for any other city commission and board members.
