Students write news spotlights for class

Lincoln High School teacher Candance Wait has incorporated newswriting in her Creative Writing class curriculum this year.
“The assignment was for students to create 2 news stories that are real and relevant,” she said. “The stories needed to be in news format and include an interview.”
