Thank you for supporting Flags of Valor
The American Legion Post 110 and the Auxiliary express gratitude to the community for their support of the Flags of Valor display on north Highway 61 during Water Ski Days celebration.
There were nine hundred forty flag donations and 700 flags placed. Many poles had multiple cards attached.
Over fifty volunteers assisted to unload the trailers, pound stakes, attach flags and cards to poles. They returned on Monday to reverse the process and pack up the trailers for the next display.
