Will apartments really be affordable?

Will the proposed 57 unit apartment building on Hickory Way and Hidden Meadow Lane really offer affordable rental housing for factory and health care workers? I don’t think so.
Not if “location location location” is still the way to project pricing on any piece of real estate.
