Baseball team continues to find success with three more wins

After losing both games of a double header at Pine Island April 30, the Lake City Tiger baseball team bounced back with a 10-0 win over Byron at home May 3 and a 12-10 victory at Zumbrota-Mazeppa May 4.  
Coach Perry Iberg used the word “ugly” in describing the two losses to Pine Island.  The first game score was 17-0, and the second game was 7-3.  Lake City only got two hits and committed four errors in the first game, and in the second game the Tigers only got three hits.
“We couldn’t hit, pitch or play defense,” said Coach Iberg.
