Dancers place seventh in kick and jazz at state tournament
The Lake City Dance Team (LCDT) competed this past week at the Minnesota State High School League Dance Tournament at the Target Center in Minneapolis, Minn.
They earned the honor when they placed first in high kick and third in jazz at the Section 1A Dance Competition two weeks ago.
Lincoln High School held a pep rally for them on Thursday with students, teachers, dance parents, and fans attending. They were then escorted out of town by the Lake City Fire Department.
