Four Lake Citians to compete in national junior bowling tournament
Lake City has four of its high school bowling team members heading to Grand Rapids Michigan this July for the 2022 Junior Gold National Championships.
Each bowler qualified for their spot by bowling in the USBA Flight Series tournaments over the past year.
This is the 4th year of participation in the national tournament for Gage Knutson.
Knutson graduated from Lake City this past June and will be furthering his bowling career in college. He will bowl for Mt. Mercy University in Cedar Rapids, Iowa starting this fall.
