Girls basketball beats bears 59-47

For the second game of the week, the Lake City High School girls basketball team traveled to Byron to take on the Bears. The Tigers came out on top 59-47.

Both teams came out strong and ready to battle and with about six minutes into the game the Tigers led 3-2 over the Bears.

Natalie Bremer found an open Mya Shones in the paint to give the Tigers a 5-2 lead, then Lilly Meincke hit two free throws to make the score 7-2.
