Girls basketball: Tigers fall to PEM 59-47
On Jan. 15, the Lake City High School Tiger girls fell to a very good Plainview-Elgin-Millville (PEM) team by the score of 59-47.
The Tigers got off to a great start offensively, but stuggled on the defensive side in the first half. At the half PEM led the Tigers 37-34.
The Bulldogs played great half court defense in the second half, this made it very difficult for the Tigers to score or generate any momentum. PEM was abe to go on the final run and win the game by a 12 point margin.
