Girls close out regular season, head into playoffs with No. 6 seed in Section 1AA

The Lake City High School girls basketball regular season came to an end this past week. The girls finished the regular season with a 12-14 overall record and a 6-10 record in the Hiawatha Valley League (HVL).
The Tigers earned the No. 6 seed in the Section 1AA playoffs. They will open up with a home game against the No. 11 seeded Pine Island Panthers on Thursday, Feb. 20, at 7 p.m.
