Girls season ends in overtime at St. Charles

The Lake City High School girls basketball team’s season is over. On Feb. 25, 10th seed Lake City lost in overtime in the opening round of the section tournament to No. 7 seed St. Charles 64-67.

The Tigers went into the break with a three-point lead and looked poised to control the second half, at least in the early going.
