Girls soccer falls to St. Charles

The Lake City High School varsity girls soccer team didn’t fare well against St. Charles Aug. 22 at home, losing 0-9.
The first goal came just nine minutes into the game off a rebound from the top bar and then a nicely executed quick pass and tap-in. The next goal came in the form of an out-of-bounds play; a throw in and a pass to a player that beat the Tigers defender to the ball.
