Girls soccer: Tigers snap three game losing streak with win over Cannon Falls

The Lake City High School girls soccer team got its first win of the season on Sept. 5, a 3-1 victory at home over Cannon Falls.
On Aug. 22, the Tigers lost 0-2 to St. Charles. On Aug. 27, they fell 1-7 to Winona Cotter at home. And on Sept. 3, they lost 0-8 on the road against Byron.
This year’s Tiger squad has eight seniors, three juniors, four sophomores, and one freshman.
They were scheduled to face La Crescent-Hokah at home on Sept. 9.
