Legion baseball team continues winning
The Lake City American Legion baseball team won their third game in a row Monday night, defeating Rushford-Peterson (R-P) 10-6 at Rushford.
Post 110 was led by Josh Matanich who had a monster night at the plate as he went 5 for 5 with seven RBIs. Matanich drove in three runs in the second inning on a two out bases loaded single, then in the fourth inning he lifted a towering home run to right which drove in Luke Meincke who had doubled on the previous pitch.
