Legion baseball team wins season opener against New Richland

The Lake City American Legion Post 110 Baseball Team won their season opener last Wednesday night in New Richland by a final score of 10-0.
Post 110 scattered 10 runs across three different innings despite only having 10 hits as a team. Lake City was able to capitalize on aggressive baserunning mixed with drawing 9 walks, while sprinkling in timely, clutch hits.
