Legion baseball upsets La Crescent in the playoffs

The Lake City Post 110 American Legion Baseball team upset the No. 2 seeded LaCrescent Post 595 in the second round of the district playoffs by a score of 6-1. It was the most “complete game” Post 110 has played all season, demonstrating sharpness in all aspects of the game.
