Lake City High School sports, and baseball and wrestling in particular, lost a big supporter when Gary Smith passed away Thursday, Aug. 16, at the age of 67.
Smith had long been a fixture in the stands, mat-side, or in the dugout, recording stats, gathering information for the game summaries he wrote for the Graphic, or just cheering on the Tigers.
