Softball: Tigers go 1-3 for the week
The Lake City Tiger softball team started the week at home with a game against Rochester Lourdes. They jumped out to an early lead in the first with two runs. Lake City allowed Lourdes to score four runs in the third inning, but came back to tie things up at six in the fourth inning. The Tigers notched six runs in the sixth inning to come out on top 13 to 6. They racked up a season high 15 hits and had nine stolen bases. Resa Laqua started the game for vthe Tigers surrendering four runs on zero hits, striking out four. Allison Dykes came in to the rubber and recorded the win.
