Sweet success for skiers at JV-only contest

Lake City Nordic’s junior varsity (JV) skiers found themselves on center stage and in the spotlight last Tuesday evening when they took part in the Twin City Nordic Ski Conference (TSNSC) annual JV-only event. Lake City’s Emma Siert, Scarlett Stockwell, and Rosie Plank, along with 12 other teams and over 125 participating skiers, took to the trails at Battle Creek for the right to test their skills without their varsity companions.
