Tiger boys ranked in Class AA following win over Minneapolis North

Lake City recorded a signature victory Saturday morning at the Breakdown Tip Off Classic in Hopkins as the Tigers defeated perennial state power Minneapolis North 65-54 behind a career-high 39 points from Nathan Heise.
The pace of play in the half court favored Lake City early on as the Tigers built a 6-2 lead four minutes in before the Polars racked up six points in less than a minute to take the lead for the first time.
