Tiger girls basketball team announces post season honors
The Lake City Girls Basketball team finished with a 14-14 record and 7-9 in the Hiawatha Valley League (HVL) conference.
Receiving conference recognition were junior Peyton Meincke - HVL All Conference Honorable mention, senior Ella Matzke - HVL All Conference, and senior Emily Gates - HVL All Conference Honorable Mention.
Minnesota Girls Basketball Coaches Association Academic All-State is awarded to seniors with a 3.8 GPA. Lake City recipients were Ella Matzke, Natalie Gates, and Grace Morrisey.
