Tiger girls beat Cotter 52-50
On Monday, Feb. 6, the Tiger girls basketball team defeated Winona Cotter at home 52-50.
After the Tigers found themselves down 10-4 they fought back and closed the halftime margin to just 1. At halftime Lake City was down 22-21.
The second half had many similarities at the first. Both teams went on runs and it was again very back and forth. Both teams had many opportunities but the Tigers were able to take advantage down the stretch and come out ahead with a 52-50 win.
