The Lake City Tigers girls basketball team closed out the week on a high note Saturday afternoon, defeating Maple River 67–57 at the Maple River Winter Showcase. Lake City used a strong combination of defensive pressure and efficient scoring to control the tempo, pulling away during key stretches of the game. The Tigers responded well to Maple River runs and made timely plays on both ends of the floor to secure the double-digit victory.
