Tiger girls drop two HVL contests

The Lake City Tigers girls basketball team traveled to Hayfield Jan. 12 to take on a very good Vikings team.
The Tigers started out hot and took a 13-6 lead with 12 minutes left in the first half. The Vikings got a couple of quick baskets and tied up the game with 16 points apiece seven minutes in.
The score went back and forth the reminder of the first half. The Vikings took a four point lead into the locker room at half, 28-24.
