Tiger girls fall to Goodhue 74-55

The Lake City Tiger girls basketball team hosted Hiawatha Valley League (HVL) rival Goodhue on Thursday night but were unable to keep pace, falling 74–55 in a hard-fought conference matchup.

Goodhue established control early with consistent outside shooting and strong play in the paint, while Lake City battled throughout the night and showed resilience despite facing a steady scoring run from the visitors. The Tigers continued to compete defensively and worked to generate offense against Goodhue’s pressure.
