Tiger girls playoffs end with loss to Lourdes

The Lake City High School girls basketball season came to an end this past week. The girls finished the season with a 13-15 overall record and a 6-10 record in the Hiawatha Valley League (HVL).

The Tigers earned the No. 6 seed in the Section 1AA playoffs and after winning their first round game they faced off with No. 3 seeded and HVL rival Rochester Lourdes at the Rochester Civic Center Arena. The Tigers lost this game 61-40.
