Tiger golfer places fourth at Hurricane Junior Golf Tour
Lake City Tiger golfer, freshman Jordana Windhorst-Knudsen (14), competed in a Hurricane Junior Golf Tour event held Dec. 19-20 at Kiawah Island Golf Resort’s Ocean Course in South Carolina. The Ocean Course will be hosting the 2021 PGA Championship.
Windhorst-Knudsen fired rounds of 83-85 (168) to place fourth in a field of 16 players from 11 different states in the age 14-18 division. Sophomore Faith Garcia, Suffolk, Va., won the event by five strokes with a two day total of 156.
