Tiger netters sneak past Cotter 4-3
The Lake City High School girls Tiger tennis team defeated Winona Cotter in a conference matchup Sept. 5.
Ava Wallerich dropped a hard fought battle at No. 1 singles 5-7, 5-7.
Sarah Ziebarth was outplayed 3-6, 2-6 at No. 2 singles.
Renae Harvey was edged 6-7, 4-6 at No. 3 singles.
Molly Kennedy came out on top in her No. 4 singles match 6-4, 6-2.
The doubles bracket brought home a sweep and aided the win as they all but shut out the Ramblers.
At No. 1 doubles, Emma Brunkow and Kaylee Muenzhuber cruised to a 6-0, 6-0 win.
