Tiger speech team competes at section meet, advances two to state

Two members of the Lake City High School speech team are set to compete Friday, April 19, at the state speech tournament after a busy week of tournament competition for the team.
“Congratulations to the Lake City Speech team on their fabulous success this past week,” Coach Phil Schmidt said. “On Monday was the Sub-Section Tournament at Winona Cotter where out of the 12 speakers, 11 placed and moved to sections.
