Tiger team, individuals hit milestones over holiday weekend

Lake City Tiger basketball gave fans several reasons to cheer over the weekend with big victories, a school record, and a personal scoring milestone.
The Tiger boys team defeated Mayo High School 90-78 and Osseo 56-43 on its way to a Rotary tournament championship in Rochester over the weekend.
Mayo was undefeated going into the game. Nate Heise became the Tigers’ all-time leader in three-point field goals, surpassing former teammate Marc Kjos.
