Tigers regain long range shooting touch in K-W rout
After two games of struggling to find the bottom of the net from long distance, Lake City broke out of a shooting slump in a big way by hitting a school record 17 three-pointers as a team en route to an 82-50 victory over winless Kenyon-Wanamingo on Tuesday night at Lincoln High School.
Marc Kjos set a new career-high with 26 points, 24 of which came in a first half that saw him make his first seven shots from three-point range. He finished the half eight of nine from beyond the arc and did not attempt a triple in the second half of play.
