Winning streak continues for Legion baseball team

Taking charge early was the key to the Lake City American Legion baseball team’s last two regular season wins last week. Lake City scored nine runs in the third inning on their way to a five inning 16-5 victory at Dover-Eyota last Tuesday. On Thursday the Post 110 nine scored six runs in the second inning and two more in the third, and before St. Charles knew what hit them, the Tigers were up 8-0.
