Wrestlers are feted at year-end banquet
On March 5, the Tiger wrestling team celebrated their season with a year-end banquet at Port 104. Approximately 100 wrestlers, coaches, parents and fans gathered for a spaghetti feed and to honor the accomplishments and efforts of this year’s squad.
Head Coach Doug Vaith opened the event with several thank you’s to the many people who volunteer their time for the kids and the program. Volunteer coaches included Wade Carlson, Austen Poss, Jacob Vaith, Tom Balow, Lonnie West, Mike Harvey, Rob Nutt and Booster Club Coach Rusty Grisim.
