On Oct. 2, a Goodhue County Sheriff’s Deputy checked on a vehicle parked oddly at the Frontenac State Park parking lot at the intersection of Hwy. 61 and Goodhue County Rd. 2, according to the sheriff’s office.
The sheriff’s office determined that the vehicle had been stolen in Lake City.
