School solar project ribbon-cutting is Aug. 21

Lake City Public Schools invites the community to celebrate the completion of new rooftop solar energy systems at Bluff View Elementary School and Lincoln Jr.-Sr. High School.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, August 21, at Bluff View Elementary. The event is hosted by the Lake City Chamber of Commerce, and the district will serve root beer floats following the ceremony.
