First glimpse of Aurora Condominiums
An application for a density variance has provided what appear to be the first publicly available renderings of the Aurora Luxury Lakeside Condominiums planned for the downtown city block bounded by Lakeshore Drive, Marion Street, Washington Street, and McCahill Park.
The Lake City Board of Adjustment is meeting today (Thursday) at 6 p.m. to consider a request from developer Meier Companies and current property owners David and Linda Rodewald and the Lake City Port Authority to exceed the 23.3 units allowed by ordinance for the 26-unit project.
