To the editor:
If you are dying, or are the family or friend of one who is dying in Wabasha County, you have no voice and are not welcome to be heard by the majority of the Wabasha County Commissioners – meet Brian Goihl of Lake City, Mike Wobbe of Wabasha and Rich Hall of Kellogg.
